Black and white photograph of author to the top right hand corner of the rear panel. The unique account of the worlds greatest navigator's most recent an extraordinary feat, setting out from Plymouth in September 1966 to Sydney, and then eastwards via cape Horn back to Plymouth.. A picture can be provided to helplessness condition. Creasing of the book corners, especially the lower corner of the front panel. Rubbing of the book edges and panels with reading creases to the back strip. Foxing spots and rubbing of the panels with tanning of the text block edges and pages.
