New York: The Derrydale Press, 1937. Limited edition. Hardcover. Very good.. Quarto, red gilt-decorated cloth. One of an edition of 950. Very good. Some leaves unopened. Extermities lightly worn. Gilding a little dulled. Former owner's name in pencil. Illustrated in color and black and white by the author, and with an original pencil-signed etching as the frontispiece.
