Inscribed neatly in ink, thus: "To the Sisters of S. Mary Evergreen Colo. With appreciation and thanks for much kindness from the Sisters of S. Anne". Preface by F. C. Powell, S.S.J.E. Tiny bump to lower corners of boards, with general light to medium wear in places to exterior, including several worn through areas at extremities. Some sunning to exterior, though all lettering to label on spine and on front cover remains clear and bright. Several minor creases to fold-out. Text clean and binding sound
