Black cloth with orange lettering and green border on front cover and spine, 8vo, 276 pp. Translated from the Norwegian by W. W. Worster. Slight water stain bottom bottom half inch of pages, not affecting text. Volume II only. Initials on ffep only marks in book, binding tight. Covers show light soiling, spine lettering somewhat faded. Book condition Good+. Growth Of The Soil was the 1920 Nobel Prize winner for literature.
