Large 8vo 10 3/4 x 7 inches), 356-pages, contemporary full brown prize hard grain bevelled morocco, spine gilt lettered direct, the upper cover gilt lettered King Edward's Free Grammar School Birmingham 1849. All edges gilt. Prize inscription on front fly.. Some foxing. Inner hinges split thus the text block has detached from the binding; otherwise the binding in excellent condition.
