Condition is Fine: new, but lacking that Brand New crispness! Completely clean, pages white, binding strong & straight. Flawless! The unclipped DJ downgraded to VG-/G+ due to light soiling & discoloration & some short tears & chips, with two darkened rubbed areas on back cover. Nicely protected in new mylar cover free!
