[9], 10, [1], 12-15, [2], 18-19, [4], 24-472 pp. One full-page map, twelve black and white plates. Green-yellow paper-covered boards quarter-bound in light blue cloth with gold lettering on the spine. Price of $15.95 on front flap of dust jacket. Near Fine with some mild toning to the textblock and slight fading to the edges in a Near Fine dust jacket with a tiny tear at the top left corner of the front panel and toning to the flaps.
