Near fine cloth hardcover shows a couple of ownership ink stamps at front endpaper, else tight and clean, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows toning along spine and fore edge of front panel, mild rubbing and soil, and edgewear that includes closed tears and bit of open chipping at spine head. 247 pages with black & whites and index. Still a pleasing copy of this classic that "..is the first complete book containing both the lore and the facts on the wild sheep.
