John F. Shaw and Co, 1931. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1931. New Edition. 383 pages. No dust jacket. Decorative red cloth. Prize plate stuck to front pastedown. Pages are heavily tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. Slight crinkling to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Cracks to hinges, exposing netting. Thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have visible edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Water staining with black marks overall. Book has a slight forward lean.
