New Haven: William Goodwin, 1857. Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 120pp. Red cloth, leather backing, black title label on front board. Spine missing, both boards missing, moderate overall soiling, text is age-toned and lightly foxed but complete and unmarked. This volume actually includes 15 years of the reports, from the years 1850 to 1864 inclusive. Tipped inside the front board is an inscription signed Wm Goodwin, a photo of the author and the bookplate of B. Pomeroy. Tipped in to the rear cover is a copy of the words to the song "The Flag of the Union Forever" written by Goodwin. An unusual association copy.
