The complete edition of The Golden Treasury by Francis Turner Palgrave in Riviere signed half morocco binding with cloth boards. A smaller edition from 1909 on India paper. Palgrave's Golden Treasury is a popular anthology of English poetry, first published in 1861, with exclusions of all poets who were then still alive. It has since been published in many further editions. A lovely anthology in near fine condition. Prior owner's book plate to the first pastedown. From the library of Oliver Stirling Lee. In Riviere signed half morocco binding and cloth boards. Externally, excellent. There is some very slight fading to the spine and there is a small mark to the front board. Prior owner's book plate to the first pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are very bright and clean. Very Good Indeed
