About This Item
A first edition, first printing published by Michael Joseph in 1962. A very good book in a good first issue price-clipped wrapper with the photograph of Lessing to the rear panel. Tears to the top of the spine and front and foot of front cover. The text inside front and back of dust wapper has been partially removed due to adhesive tape damage. Publisher's black boards, spine lettered in gilt.
