About This Item

London: Jonathan Cape, 1986. First edition, first printing. Published by Jonathan Cape in London, 1986. This is a fine copy. The dust wrapper is bright and clean throughout, with no wear to mention aside from a slight indent to the rear panel, which is visible only in the right light. It has not been price clipped. There is a slight stain to the front fly leaf. The boards are free from notable chips and marks and the text blocks are bright and white throughout. This copy is free from previous owners ink and is, overall, in fine condition. A continuation of Dahl's autobiography describing his childhood, Boy and describes his travel to Africa and exploits as a World War II pilot.
