London: Folio Society, 1992. Limited Edition, #49/100. Hardcover. Octavo, 174 pages. In Very Good minus condition with Very Good minus slip case. Quarter purple Nigerian goatskin binding with boards in red, purple, and gold marbled paper. Spine faded, with gilt lettering. Slip case covered in black paper, showing mild shelf wear and soiling, along with some fading to spine. Upper edge gilt; contains full color illustrations. Signed flat by Frederic and Sarah Raphael on limitations page, and hand-numbered 49 at limitations page. Pages clean. Shelved in Case 9 3/4. 1352814. Shelved Dupont Bookstore.
