True 1st Edition and First Printing SIGNED by author Mario Puzo DIRECTLY ON FRONT PAGE (not on a laid in signature or added postcard). A very nice copy with a hint of wear to lower edges. The binding is tight and the white cloth boards are crisp. The pages are clean, with no writing, marks or bookplates in the book. The dust jacket has the original $6.95 price on front flap and a few rubs and creases to edges, but complete and no paper loss whatsoever. Overall, a sharp clean copy of this scarce First Edition in collector's condition. Pictures available on request. $4,500
