London and Cambridge: Macmillan & Co, 1862. First Edition. Near Fine. First edition, first printing. Bound in publisher's original dark blue ribbed cloth with upper board and spine decorated in gilt, and lower board decorated in blind. Near Fine with light rubbing to cloth, light wear to spine ends. Old bookseller ticket to front pastedown, hinges slightly over-opened at front endsheet and title page. Pages tanned, former owner name to title page and foxing to prelims. A lovely copy of Rossetti's best-known work.
