New York: The Goldsmith Publishing Company, 1916 Very Good/Good+. Volume V of this Boys' Series. Mattson & Davis # 28300, format 3. Purple cloth-covered boards; colorful pictorial dust jacket showing two male figures in a canoe (not motor boat) in mountain setting. Ex-library, but with only three oval inkstamps identifying library, one on front endpaper, two on inside of rear endpaper (a small portion ended up on rear dust jacket flap). Interior clean and tight. Dust jacket lightly worn at upper edge, moderately worn at lower, including two 1/4" closed tears lower front panel and a couple of minute tears to lower rear panel. Some brown staining to lower rear corner jacket flap.
