San Francisco: Harper & Row, Publishers, 1983. First American Edition. Hardcover. G+ in Poor dust jacket. Blue cloth is clean with minor shelfwear, clean, the spine is cocked, but covers firmly attached, a few page with margin pencil marks and some underlining, but very little (and may be erased) from a scholar and retired professor of religion, otherwise the pages are clean. Book marker ribbon bound and laid in. The dj is very worn. A very good reading/study/reference copy.
