Overall: tight, clean, with bright dust jacket with slight rubbing and a few minute dents on its rear panel. <br/> <br/> Herman Wouk (1915-2019) was an American author whose 1951 novel The Caine Mutiny won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. His other major works include The Winds of War and War and Remembrance, historical novels about World War II. The Glory is third in his series on the Israeli struggles during the 20th century; more specifically, the Yom Kippur War. He has been described as an American Tolstoy.
