Dean Youngsma is a graduate of Central Bible College, Springfield, MO and was given his ordination in 1994. Along with his degrees in evangelism and Bible, he has also received several commendations and other degrees over the years. In ministry, he has functioned as a pastor, evangelist, teacher, worship leader and missionary. His primary passion is the work of the evangelist: jails, prisons, rescue missions and churches. In three different years he has gone to Holland to hold evangelistic meetings, and during the trips he preached to hundreds of people in around thirty different churches and cities all over Holland; many of them more than once. He also attended two Billy Graham conferences for itinerate international evangelists: the first in 1994 (NACIE), and the second, Amsterdam 2000. In 1997-98, he held revival meetings three nights a week for over a year. Since the year 2000 he has written eight books and a pamphlet.
