Glossy pictorial paper over boards have chipping and fraying to corners and top and bottom of spine leaving the underlying boards exposed at corner tips and top and bottom of spine. 1" chip out of top spine. Moderate overall rubbing and scratching. Spine lightly shaken but binding is still intact. 3/4" tear near the top edge of the table of contents page at the spine. Pages clean and unmarked. NOT Ex-library. NO remainder marks. 101 track plans for small and large LGB trains. Great color & b&w photos and illustrations throughout.
