About This Item
New York: Knopf. New York, Knopf, 1930. First Edition. First Impression. Hardback. A very good copy. No jacket. An early example of a superman book. Indeed, there's been a lot of talk about this being the inspiration for Superman given the bullet-proof skin, super speed etc. This influence was never confirmed though. Spine a touch toned, endpapers foxed, top edge dusty. There appears to have been an endpaper removed, though there is a further endpaper still. [9923, Hyraxia Books]. . Very Good. Hardback. 1st Edition. 1930.
