Washington: Government Printing Office, 1895. Hard bound in drak green cloth, thick quarto, comprises volume 25 of Monographs of the United States Geological Survey with Charles D. Walcott, Director. Gilt titles to top of spine. Illustrated with 38 full-page plates (mostly maps) and 35 other illustrations. xxv + Pp658. Includes appendices and index. The only evidence of an ex-library copy is a call number hand-marked in dull white on the lower spine. Previous owner bookplate at top of front pastedown. Binding is a bit shaken with backstrip a somewhat exposed at front and rear covers otherwise a very nice copy of this very scarce volume. Over three kilograms unpacked so all destinations outside North America will require additional postage. We welcome all reasonable offers on our books.
