Blue cloth boards with bucking bronco on cover, black lettering and small horse head illustration on spine. Browning to spine and board edges; two short closed tears to cloth at top edge of spine. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Clean illustrated endpapers - no names, writing or bookplates. Lovely full color frontispiece, with many additional b&w illustrations throughout, all by Henry C. Pitz. 340 pages. Dust jacket has shallow edge chipping, separated at front flap fold; vertical crease at spine; enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover.
