(1st) Large, thicker book, black cloth spine, gray boards with very bright gilt initials at bottom front right, bright gilt lettering and design on spine, tiny b/w photos of Ginger in beautiful gown posing inside covers and adajcent end papers. On title page in bold blue ink: "To Jean and Steve, Merry Christmas. Ginger Rogers." 450 pages, a photo frontispiece. Tiny crease at bottom tips of pages 337-339, three photo sections on photo-paper. DJ glossy beneath mylar, silver background with photo of Ginger in rose-colored gown on front, raised pink title and author, color photo of older Ginger on back. DJ has light creases to top front, one on front left. DJ and book, both Near Very Fine.
