Bemrose & Sons, Derby, No date. Edition Unstated. Hardcover (Laminated Illustrated Boards). Very Good Condition. published in either 1968 or 1969, to celebrate the 50th year of Gillwell. Illustrated with maps & photographs detailing major events in the 1st 50 years of its existence. At the front is a drawn illustration of the grounds with keys to numbers, and at the back are a selection of scalp badges from countries throughout the world. There are some tiny scratches on the rear panel which have led to a yellowing of the paper underneath, and slight yellowing of the top of the front panel. In overall good used condition with minor signs of handling and storage - white boards and green cloth spine lightly soiled and rubbed to edges, with cup-ring and marks to rear. Internally clean. Binding tight and appears little read, no annotations or inscriptions; text and illustrations bright and clear throughout. Not an old library book. Photograph available.
