About This Item
Popular Library, 1964. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Soft cover. Near Fine/No Jacket. First paperback release of the novel following hardcover publication by Putnam in 1963. Oddly, the copyright page carries no date, and the stated printing history is that of the Putnam hardcover -- no information about the actual Popular Library bbok. (But I bought it in 1964 upon release, so it is the first paperback printing, no matter what the irrelevant copyright page information states.) Faint creases in spine -- it was read, although carefully. Initials on inside of front cover; pages yellowing. We ship all books promptly, carefully, and securely in sturdy cartons, never in mailing bags.
