Thomas's deviltry progresses to outright destruction as James, stymied by each new event, enlists the aid of an amateur exorcist to rid (his town) of its ghost." Ex-library with typical treatments, jacket is covered with mylar. Fep has been cut out. Spine is slightly cocked. We note fingermarks in the margins or spots on pages 4, 38-39, 106, 140, 158-159 and 180-181. Several pages are creased, two have small tears and several pages have a wavy texture.
