Holt, Rinehart and Winston, 1979. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good+. Signed. First printing. Inscribed and SIGNED by John Nichols on the title page. The volume is bumped on the top corners and spine ends, and the edges are lightly sunned. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a sleeve, has mild soiling and there is very shallow chipping at the corners.
