Murray, 1825. Ninth edition: Marbled paper covered boards, some wear, well used, green leather to spine and corners, gilt title to spine, lyre and leaf decoration to spine, rubbing to extremities, leather scuffed in places, all edge gilt, still has a look of individuality, lovely hand written inscription to front endpaper, super hand writing, 'From Joseph Wight to Jane T Fourneaux (or Journeaux) as a small token of rememberance June 14th 1835.' 7.00 x 4.25 inches approx. 160 pages. Some of the pages are slightly stained to the background, looks like water damage, black and white engraved illustrations. Fully readable. An unusual little treasure for collectors of older books. .
