The dw is lightly soiled with the head of the spine chipped, a short tear to the front panel & creasing to the top edge of the rear panel. xlii & 496 pp. B&W pictorial title & B&W illustrations. Very good.
The standard reference in the field. More than 1860 titles are catalogued, almost all with annotations.
