Fore-edge of front wrapper and head of spine with slight chips, minimal darkening to top and fore-edge of front cover. Overall, a fine copy. Includes a section of History and Production by Charles W. Henderson. Includes detailed information on the mineralized district in Saguache County: gold, silver, tellurides, etc. Also covers mines noted for rare sulfide species and others such as empressite, pearcaite, stromeyerite, etc. The primary map in the rear pocked is quite large and shows the topography and geology of the Bonanza district, Saguache County, Colorado. Also includes geologic sections across the Bonanza district, as well as plans and longitudinal sections of the Rawley mine and the Memphis mine..

The Argonaut was a founding member of the Antiquarian Booksellers\' Association of America and has been a member in good standing ever since. The Shop is now located just three blocks from Union Square in downtown San Francisco and is open six days a week. Parking facilities include ample street space and a parking garage close by.
