Very Good. 2 volumes, text volume 21 cm x 13.5 cm 113 pages some even age browning to text.Contents clean and tight with no inscriptions.Publishers red cloth covered boards gilt title to upper cover light rubbing to edges neat 3cm repair to spine edge.Binding clean and tight. Atlas volume 31 cm x 25.5 cm ,6 coloured maps 1 double page 1 folding. One of the single page maps has foxing to blank margin. The double page map of New Zealand has some foxing to blank margin some foxing to blank verso of some maps also to printed title page.Contents tight with no inscriptions.Printed paper covered boards some light marking upper outer corners bumped. Binding tight with no splits. Translated by Dr C F Fischer ,an early work on the subject.
