Kuala Lumpur: Geological Survey Department, Federation of Malaya, 1952. First edition. Hardcover. Good. 7-11-16. This work publishes both field work and laboratory results carried out for six years both before and after the Japanese occupation of Malaya. The area was selected because at the time it contained the largest underground tin mine in the world, mined by Pahang Consolidated Co. Ltd. 144 pages with various figures and five folded fresh looking geological maps of Bundi, Chukai, Kuantan, Sungei Lembing and a map of underground strata of the area in a pocket in the back cover. Good Hardback. First edition Weight: 1.2 kg. Post free within Malaysia, but may incur additional charges when posted outside Malaysia This is an ex-library book with labels on the spine and a rear end paper and stamps on a front end paper. The hinge between the back cover and the book is cracked. The cover has minor wear. A front end paper is heavily tanned. Otherwise The binding is tight and there is very mild tanning throughout.
