Design for a suburban residence, with engraving and diagram. Design by W.M. McConnell of Rochester for James Harris, the well known landscape painter. Estimate cost of building $1500. Patent portable rail-road horse power and threshing machine (drawing) price for one-horse machine $120, for two-horse machine, $150. Paper periodical, front page (pp. 1-2) loose.
