Large, heavy book, black cloth, very bright gilt and red lettering on front and spine, red color inside covers and adjacent end papers, 347 pages including two glossy photo sections. Pencil note at top of first front end paper. DJ glossy black background, gilt, white and red lettering, praise on back from Hugh Trevor-Roper. DJ has very light wear to top front tip, two nail-sized punctures to front spine indentation, creased down long spine middle, very tiny wrinkle near top back edge. Near Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
