Endpapers lightly age toned and spine faintly sunned; jacket a bit age toned and mildly edgeworn, with a few small edge chips, mainly along top. Handsome, tight first edition of this study of Lee's post-war career as college president. Quite scarce in the jacket, which is rarely seen.
