Boston: Ticknor and Fields, 1866. 3/4 Leather. Very Good. 22.5 x 15.5 cm. Octavo. 160pp. Bound in 3/4 brown leather with marble boards and endpapers. 5 raised bands to spine. Gilt foredges. With illustrations by W. J. Hennessy, J. F. Kensett and others. Early reprint with 1865 on copyright page and 1866 on title page. Rubbing to outer joints and corners. Foxing to the blank endpapers.
