One inscription inside front cover. 381 pages including index. 22 b/w plates. This is a fuller version than the original German one published the previous year where Gehlen felt obliged to leave out a great deal of important material. The first spymaster of the former West Germany analyses the German and other intelligence agencies from Hitler's War to the accession to power of Willy Brandt. .
