About This Item
New York: D. Appleton and Company, 1913. Hardcover. First Edition, First Printing: with requisite "(1)" present on the last page of text. 5 x 7.5in. 299pp. Publisher's blind-stamped cloth with gilt titling and graphic overlay. VERY GOOD. Shows the extremities somewhat shelf rubbed, spine lightly toned, former owner name and notation at the front paste-down and endpaper, a hint of toning up to the title page, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is clean and unmarked, and the boards remain distinct. As pictured.
