Muller, 1950. Hardcover. Good. 1950. No Edition Remarks. Unpaginated. Illustrated paper covered boards. Colour illustrations throughout. Light staining, foxing and tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges. Pen inscription to front pastedown. Hinges are lightly cracked but boards remain firmly attached. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild chipping, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has slight loss and tanning with soft crushing to ends.

Gaston and Josephine are two very rosy French pigs who live with their mother and father on a little farm in the mountains in France. Their uncle in America has invited them to come and visit their little cousins. They begin with a look around Paris, but manage to miss their train. The Mayor lends them his bicycle, and they finally reach the ship. A fog closes in, but the little pigs squeak as loud as they can to warn other ships. In New York they receive the key to the city, but discover that they still have four days on the train, for their uncle's ranch is out west.
