Green cloth boards with purple lettering on cover and spine. No bumping or wear; slight discoloration to gutter. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Pages are clean with clean colorful decorated endpapers. Name of A. H. Herrick, Associate Editor - Garden Digest at top of half-title page. Title page done in three colors. Illustrations by S. Dowling. Farrar/Rinehart device on copyright page. 146 pages. Clean jacket is not price clipped (1.50 on front inside flap), small spot to spine, one short closed edge tear to rear panel; enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover.
