Alhambra, California: Fantasy Publishing Company Inc, 1972. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. At Least Very Good/Very Good. Morris Scott Dollens (jacket design). This copy with two original dust jackets. Blue paper over boards, title stamped in gilt onto spine, 8vo (8-5/16 inches [21.1 cm] tall), pp. 199, all edges trimmed, headbands, "First Edition" printed on copyright page ; dust jackets are about 1/2" shorter than the book (as issued). Volume with spine ends softened, faint water stains to top edge of text block and a minor slant to spine. Price intact DJs with toning and faint water stains near top edges and some crinkling to front and rear panels. An early Norton title, likely with a small print run and with two original jackets. Contents include Garan of Tav ; Garan of Yu-Lac ; Legacy from Sorn Fen ; One Spell Wizard.

Synopsis

Garan the Eternal is a collection of science fiction short stories by Andre Norton. It was first published in 1972 by Fantasy Publishing Company, Inc. in an edition of 1,300 copies. The last two stories are from the author's Witch World series.
