New York: Universal Publishing & Distributing Corp, 1954. First Edition. Novel of juvenile gang life, following a 17-year old girl's slide into crime and degeneracy after becoming involved with neighborhood hoodlums. We find virtually no information on Rifkin and Norman, author's of the 1960 Beacon novel Gutter Girl, and suspect they are likely house names. Scarce; not in Hubin, and not found in OCLC. First Printing. Digest-sized octavo (18cm); photo-illustrated wrappers; 123,[5]pp. Light wear to extremities, minute loss to two corners, with a few small stains to front wrapper and a short tear to lower right corner of rear wrapper; Very Good to Very Good+.
