Presumably issued beginning 1943 since 1943-1946 calendars are on pastedowns. Spine faded, and some staining on back and all a little shaken but a fascinating period document with numerous advertisements interleaved at beginning and towards end, diagrams, photos (inc.2 pp. mugshots of Army Sport Control Board senior officers), the board's financial accounts, an unf. example score sheet for the Royal Tournament Skill-at-Arms competition, Tug-of-War rules etc. etc. Note: quoted non-UK shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down outside this range.
