London: Saunders & Otley, 1857 Good+ Copy in green cloth on boards with gilt titles and decoration embossed on front and rear cover and gilt titles and decoration on spine. Some damp discolouration on covers. Corners lightly bumped. Inscription on FFE states 'With The Authors Kind Regards'. Some internal cracks. Some foxing through text and around folio fore-edges. Folios are uncut at head. A very scarce volume.
