Pages bear occasional marks in pencil, and two have long corner folds; the hard cover is only modestly shelfworn at corners and spine ends; the dust jacket has noticeable edge tearing and creasing, particularly at the top front and at the spine head, as well as some toning at spine and rear, but is now protected in a clear sleeve. xiii, 278pp. incl. index.
