London: His Majesty's Stationery Office for The Council of Industrial Design, 1947. No Binding. Very Good. Twelve cards (circa. 38 cm x 31 cm each) in original envelope for wall display illustrating the materials, construction and design of furniture, including Utility and designs by Ernest Race. 'These cards are based on a booklet on "How to buy furniture" written for the Council by Gordon Russell ... and for which the drawings were prepared by Neville Ward' card no. 12. This set has drawing pin holes in each corner and some general shelf wear. Included is the original envelope with some creasing, tears, and general edge wear.
