First published in 1940 Shelf wear to the tips, corners, and edges of the book, bit of rubbing to front cover, juvenile drawing in pencil tio the endpapers and acknowledgement page, some page and page edge soiling otherwise clean and unmarked. A nice copy of the classic Level 1-1 reader that taught the baby boom how to read.
