Publishers green cloth, lettered in silver on spine, lg 8vo. This volume described the frogs of South Africa based on the authors personal research and collection which is lodged in the Natal Museum, Pietermaritzburg. This volume is from the research collection of herpetologist Lauren E. Brown with his name stamp on the inside of the front and rear endpapers and page edges. Neat underlining on 33 pages.
